| SUPER BOOK DINING CARD Included in the Super Book is the Dining Card program. See below for participating restaurants. Click on underlined restaurants to link to their website. *Indicates restaurants new to this year's book. The dining card section of the Super Book includes an informational page for each restaurant followed by a current menu. The introductory page for each restaurant contains pertinent information for the use of your card in their establishment. Your card generally entitles you to "One Complimentary Lunch or Dinner entree with the purchase of a Second of Equal or Greater Value." At most of the restaurants the maximum discount will vary depending on what night you use the card. In most cases, Sunday through Thursday, the card is valid for up to $12.00-$14.00 off any entree with the purchase of a second entree of equal or greater value. On Friday and Saturday the card is normally valid for up to $8.00-$10.00 off any entree with the purchase of a second entree of equal or greater value. The card is valid one time at each establishment, during the time indicated in the directory. Each participant has their own number on the dinner card. Your card is valid any day of the week, but cannot be used for banquets or on certain holidays. Tax and gratuities are not included. |
